Big Surpise Jamie Lynn Dumps Casey “A Match Based On A Teen Pregnancy Does Not Last”

The National Enquirer reports that Jamie Lynn kicked Casey out of the house after she found calls to another woman on the bill for his cell phone. She is also said to try and keep track of his Internet usage to see if he’s getting up to anything sneaky online. Casey is back in the house now, and it sounds like Jamie Lynn really wanted to teach him a lesson:

New mom Jamie Lynn Spears threw her fiance Casey Aldridge out of their home - after she discovered he’s been calling other girls on his cell phone! It’s the latest in a series of battles between the teens since the birth of their daughter, Maddie Briann, on June 19…

The confrontation occurred soon after the couple moved back into their new 5-acre home in Liberty, MS, after spending three weeks at Lynn Spears’ gated mansion Serenity in Kentwood, LA. While sorting through the mail, 17 year-old Jamie Lynn saw phone calls to other girls on Casey’s cell phone bill and confronted him.

“Casey told Jamie Lynn that she is ‘hormonal’ and that all the rumors of his cheating are just her imagination, but Jamie Lynn didn’t believe him,” said the insider. “It was too much for Jamie Lynn and she threw him out of the house. He stayed out all night.”

The Enquirer’s insider adds that Jamie Lynn thinks Casey “might be cheating with his old girlfriend.” They add that she’s been “searching the Internet for other evidence of his cheating” and that she obviously “doesn’t trust him.”

Britney & Kevin’s Custody Battle Still On!

Britney’s Pop is not happy with the custody agreement! The California court system breathed a sigh of relief last week when OK! exclusively revealed that Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline had finally reached an agreement over their prolonged custody battle for their two children.

However, sources tell OK! that Brit’s dad, Jamie Spears, who has been acting as her court-ordered conservator for several months and who has final say over all her legal and financial matters, isn’t happy with the agreement and is refusing to sign off on the settlement.

Both parties are expected back in court today at 2 p.m. PST for an emergency hearing with family court Commissioner Scott Gordon, who had been expected to make the settlement official several days ago. Outside the courtroom, a spokesperson for the court said, "There apparently is a settlement… We expect it delivered by one of the lawyers this afternoon."

However, the spokesperson did say that he could not yet say when the details of the settlement will be released to the public.

On July 17, K-Fed’s lawyer spoke exclusively to OK! to announce that he and Brit’s attorney Laura Wasser had worked out an agreement between the feuding spouses. Under the terms of the settlement, Kevin is to retain sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston, 2, and 1-year-old Jayden James, while Britney will continue to have visitation rights which may increase over time.

The agreement was presented to the court on July 18, at which point commissioner Gordon was expected to finalize the paperwork, finally putting an end to months of back-and-forth feuding. Source

UPDATE: The war will soon officially be over in the Britney custody case today. Within the next hour Brit’s lawyer will settle — filing papers that will officially end the custody battle. She will get more visitation, and down the line Brit may ultimately end up with 50/50 custody. K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is at court right now filing the papers. Source: TMZ

Pete Doherty in court yet again!

Junkie musician Pete Doherty smashed a photographer’s camera on a day out with family before he had to return to rehab, a court heard today.

The volatile Babyshambles frontman lost his temper with South West News Service photographer Catherine Mead when she followed him around the Somerset town of Crewkerne last August.

The 29-year-old grabbed the camera and broke the lens after inviting Ms Mead and a colleague to introduce themselves. Source
