Gwen Stefani was spotted having a gala time at her holiday overseas, where she was spotted out of her home in London.The "Hollaback Girl" songtress seemed a bit distracted as she loaded her swanky Range Rover with endless items including her 3-yr-old son Kingston.With so much of loading to do,Miss Stefani forgot to close the trunk!!!Absent-mindedness on its roll!!Thankfuly no one was hurt and was considered as a case of utter carelessness!!
