X Factor winner Alexandra Burke certainly does know how to please a crowd. She dazzled during a live performance at the switch on of the Manchester Christmas Lights on Thursday night in Manchester, England.

The Singer decided to wear one of her smallest dress from her wardrobe for the big switch on the city Centre. Despite plunging temperatures the singer braved the chill in the revealing outfit, wearing sparkly and very tiny little black dress which showed off her incredibly long legs. Her sparkly dress was so tiny that she struggled to cover her underwear as fans in the front row discovered during the set.

During the event she also denied rumors that she was planning to on a date with Peter Andre, insisting they both are just ‘good friends’

Speaking to Manchester’s Key 103 radio DJs Mike Toolan and Chelsea Norris, Alexandra said: "Don’t believe what you read. When I got the call about that today I was half asleep and I was like whoah is this a dream, but yeah really don’t believe what you read. No I’m not going out with Andre, we’re just good friends."

She also revealed her New Year’s resolution which is to conquer America, saying: "I’m going to work my bum off to do it this year.’ She praised former X Factor mentor Cheryl Cole and said that she should also definitely have a crack at America too. Alexandra praised her telling she’s done amazingly well, her album is to die for and have you seen her pictures? That woman is so hot, it’s a bit of a joke. I’m a bit jealous"
