Chad Lowe brother to Rob Lowe and former hubby of Hilary Swank is going to be a Daddy. After his split from Hilary Swank in 2007 he and his girlfriend will welcome a baby with producer Kim Painter in early summer, his rep said in a statement, adding "The couple is overjoyed and could not be happier."
