Miss Collins credits healthy eating, staying out of the sun and steering clear of the cosmetic surgeon’s knife.  Although, I think we all know that she has indeed dabbled with the surgeon’s knife, it’s nice to see that she hasn’t abused it, like Joan Rivers.
