Guns N’ Roses is finally releasing Chinese Democracy, its first album in 17 years. Geffen Records has announced that the band’s eagerly awaited album will be released on November 23, 2008. Earlier this year Dr. Pepper challenged the group to release thier new ablum in 2008 - they said if the group did it before the end of 2008 they would give every single person in American a Dr. Pepper.
