Palin/Biden - Who Won?
by Annemarie in Joe Biden, Sarah Palin
Stakes were high in the first and only vice presidential debate between Sarah Palin and Joe Biden as they sparred at the University of Washington in St. Louis, Mo., Thursday night. During the 90-minute debate covering everything from the economy, the Iraq War, foreign policy and health care, both candidates made claims that were, well, not entirely accurate. However, who won the debate is up for debate. If you are a lefty you believe Biden won - Democratic Pro News Service are reporting "that a national poll of people who watched the vice presidential debate Thursday night suggests that Democratic Sen. Joe Biden won." HERE and if you are a righty you believe Gov. Palin won - Republic Pro News Services are reporting "that Palin handled Biden with ease and won the debate". HERE
Whether Palin won or Biden won is for each person to decide. One thing was agreed upon by all the news services last night Gov. Palin undid the negative impression that had been created by her avoidance of most of the media and hardened when the two TV interviews went poorly.
