Britney Can Reach Out & Touch Her Children By Phone

TMZ is reporting that they have obtained a minute order from the hearing last week. Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled "Petitioner is to have telephonic contact with the minor children in accordance with the parties’ oral stipulation this date." Britney of course was denied physical contact with the kids after her behavior. Anyone who would grant her any kind of custody right now would have to be out of their mind! Source
