John White Convicted of Murder For Defending His Son Against A Gang Of Drunken Louts - What Would You Do?

White testified during the trial that he was trying to protect his family in 2006 when he brandished a gun after a gang of angry and drunk white teenagers turned up at his house late at night to fight his son. White admitted on the witness stand that he shot David Cicciaro, but that the pistol went off accidentally as Cicciaro grabbed for it. Cicciaro, 17, had a blood-alcohol reading above the legal limit for driving. The confrontation came after his son, Aaron, was asked to leave a beer bash at a friend’s house. A female guest had complained about a bogus MySpace posting claiming Aaron White wanted to rape her. He denied making the threat but left the party. Cicciaro and his friends then called the teenager on his cell phone to continue the dispute, making threats of violence before they arrived at the White home shortly after 11 p.m.
White was right! He did what any normal person would do - he defended his home and family against a swarm of vicious drunken louts that wanted to beat his son to a pulp. Shame on the jury - a disgusting verdict that will undoubtedly lead to more violence between blacks and whites. If a white man had done exactly the same thing against a gang of black hoodlums he would NEVER have been convicted. When a person can not legally defend their child and home from deadly assualt by a drunken lynch mob then what are they to do? And how can we toIerate this horrible injustice? I certainly hope this wrongful conviction of an innocent man is overturned on appeal. Do we want a country where the belligerents are exhonerated and the innocent, outnumbered and terrified defender is prosecuted and convicted - I don’t think so.
Sad situation as Americans we have the rights to bare arms and protect yourself and family from any grave danger Unless you are a minority. If the tables where turned it would have been a justifiable murder. If any side would have won I think that the tension in this community would have been bad. Maybe Mr. White should have trusted our legal system. He should have let the mob come to his home pull his son out like the did back before Blacks had Civil Rights (LOL) BEAT HIS SON TO DEATH and probably attacked him for trying to help. Maybe that’s what he should have done right?? Hell no he did what any red blooded would have done. It’s ashame that in this 2 lives are lost becuase of HATE WAKE UP PEOPLE !!!!!!

NO,HE SHOULD HAVE HAD THE GUN,BUT CALLED THE COPS,AND LOCKED THE DOORS.IF THEY TRIED TO BREAK IN AND DO HARM, THEN HE WOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE RIGHT TO KILL.THERE WAS A 20 MIN TIME FRAME WHERE HE DID NOTHING,BUT LOAD HIS GUNS,FROM THE TIME HIS KID GOT THE “THREATENING” CALL,TO WHEN THIS “LYNCH MOB” ARRIVED,HE SHOULD HAVE CALLED POLICE. THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE THE DRUNKS GOT THERE.AND HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THIS CHILD GETTING SHOT 3 INCHES FROM HIS CHEEK.THIS MEANS JOHN HAD THE GUN POINTED TO THIS WHITE CHILDS HEAD,TO KILL,NOT WOUND,AN ACCIDENT MY ASS,THIS BLK HAD REVENGE ON HIS MIND FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO HIS GRAN PAPPY. CASE CLOSED. HE SCREWED UP.20 MINS FROM THE PHONE CALL TILL THEY ARRIVED,IF HE WAS SO SCARED WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD GO CONFRONT THIS “MOB”,”GANG” OUTSIDE OF THE SECURITY OF THEIR HOME? AND NOT CALL THE POLICE. HES A LIAR AND A MURDERING RACIST.
